Deliverables: 

• Oversee IT network management / maintenance and Key IT Applications support.
• IT budget and local project funding co-ordination.
• Ensuring Information Security Policy (ITPM) and Internal Control compliance.
• Long-term business planning, including provision of funding and resources.
• Site responsibility for IT Disaster Recovery, Business
• Continuity Planning, and Audit compliance to the Computer Systems Manual (CSM).

Core Responsibilities: 

• Ensure Implementation of world class IT Infrastructure - Data Center, WAN, LAN and communications systems and related infrastructure along with partners.
• Contract Management and SLA Management
• Implementing IT Policies and Processes related to IT Infrastructure and End User Computing Devices
• Manage the security vendors /contracts for development and implementation of security policies, protocols, plans, and procedures.
• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive system to monitor and enforce the company's security policies, procedures and guidelines. Work with internal auditors and outside consultants to conduct thorough- and independent- physical and information security audits throughout the company.
• Operations and Maintenance of IT Infrastructure and ensure High Up-time / Availability

• IT Infra and Security Projects Management
• IT Assets Management
• Technical support and guidance to the operations team for infra related issues
• Enable and Drive ERP implementation and build culture of strong IT support for business success

• Vendor coordination, Preparation of purchase request and Agreement, Follow up with Purchase and Vendor, Vendor payment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Engineering in Computer Science or in IT from reputed Institute or similar
• Master in Business Administrator (MBA) is a plus.
• 15 to 18 Years in the relevant functional areas i.e. IT Application, Infrastructure & Security, ERP. 
• Portfolio / Program Management.
• Minimum 5 years as Head of IT
