Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking with Automobile OEMs and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- RFQ management & Quote submission
- Techno-commercial negotiation (External and Internal)
- Support Program management and Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Sales Planning – Short & Long term
- Recoveries and receivable management
- Profitability management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanincal Engineering, MBA in Marketing is added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
